Development continues on the new Tall Oaks residential community that is taking the place of a small shopping center off North Shore Drive in Reston.
Since last time we looked, the site grading has been completed and two rows of homes have been built up. The site plan calls for eleven rows total. Homebuilders typically build communities like this over the space of a few years as they gradually sell individual units.
