Built in 1974, the fifteen-story International Tower is one of the oldest office towers in Reston. Billing itself as the tallest point (but not the tallest building) in town, the building is a local landmark and has a prominent place in Reston’s skyline, clearly visible from all directions. International Tower was acquired by American Real Estate Partners in 2015, after which the lobby area was renovated as part of the Reston Heights development.
The building is advertised as an ideal location for medical suites. Virginia Spine Institute has been the anchor tenant since 2016.
