Fannie Mae plans to consolidate their Northern Virginia offices into the currently under-construction Reston Gateway towers near the town center, but until then, the company holds a lease at their private campus on American Dream Way. Here, the building can be seen from the nearby Plaza America.
Fannie Mae sold the building back in 2018. Their new headquarters should be complete in 2022.
